Celso Faistino Iliscupidez Jr is the Punong Barangay currently leading Barangay Diliman II, part of the municipality of San Rafael in Bulacan, serving the 2023 - 2026 term. Under Philippine law, the Punong Barangay is directly elected by the residents of the barangay.
