Barangay San Antonio

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay San Antonio is one of the administrative divisions of Aglipay in Quirino, Cagayan Valley, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Antonio had a population of 603. This made it the 23rd largest of 25 barangays in Aglipay by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Antonio accounted for approximately 1.96% of the total population of Aglipay, which stood at 30,714 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Antonio changed from 551 to 603, a shift of +9.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Aglipay. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Antonio as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Aglipay is a municipality comprising 25 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Antonio, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
