Barangay San Ramon

Barangay San Ramon forms part of Aglipay, a municipality in Quirino, and is classified as a small barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Ramon had a population of 694. This made it the 22nd largest of 25 barangays in Aglipay by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Ramon accounted for approximately 2.26% of the total population of Aglipay, which stood at 30,714 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Ramon changed from 706 to 694, a shift of -1.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with broadly stable populations in Aglipay. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Ramon as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Aglipay is a municipality comprising 25 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Ramon, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Quirino, which contains 132 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay San Ramon ranks 110th by 2020 population. Quirino is classified as a 3rd by the Bureau of Local Government Finance, a category that reflects the province's annual regular income.
