Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Lapirawan is one of the administrative divisions of Alicia in Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga Peninsula, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Lapirawan had a population of 1,242. This made it the 16th largest of 27 barangays in Alicia by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lapirawan accounted for approximately 3.15% of the total population of Alicia, which stood at 39,456 in the same census year.
