Barangay Manamong

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Manamong is one of the administrative divisions of Aloran in Misamis Occidental, Northern Mindanao, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Manamong had a population of 407. This made it the 33rd largest of 38 barangays in Aloran by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Manamong accounted for approximately 1.46% of the total population of Aloran, which stood at 27,934 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Manamong moving from 430 residents to 407 residents, an intercensal change of -5.3%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. Barangay Manamong is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
