Barangay Tiblac

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Tiblac is one of the administrative divisions of Ambaguio in Nueva Vizcaya, Cagayan Valley, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Tiblac had a population of 2,343. This made it the 2nd largest of 8 barangays in Ambaguio by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tiblac accounted for approximately 15.14% of the total population of Ambaguio, which stood at 15,472 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Tiblac changed from 2,123 to 2,343, a shift of +10.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Ambaguio. Barangay Tiblac is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Ambaguio is a municipality comprising 8 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Tiblac, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
