Barangay San Jose De Oro

Barangay San Jose De Oro is a small barangay in the municipality of Araceli, located in the province of Palawan, in the MIMAROPA Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Jose De Oro had a population of 607. This made it the 10th largest of 13 barangays in Araceli by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Jose De Oro accounted for approximately 4.21% of the total population of Araceli, which stood at 14,434 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Jose De Oro changed from 744 to 607, a shift of -18.4% over the five-year period.
