Barangay Caragumihan

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Caragumihan is one of the administrative divisions of Baras in Catanduanes, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Caragumihan had a population of 380. This made it the 16th largest of 29 barangays in Baras by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Caragumihan accounted for approximately 2.82% of the total population of Baras, which stood at 13,484 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Caragumihan moving from 368 residents to 380 residents, an intercensal change of +3.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
