Barangay Lawa-an (Pob.)

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Lawa-an (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Basey in Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Lawa-an (Pob.) had a population of 676. This made it the 32nd largest of 51 barangays in Basey by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lawa-an (Pob.) accounted for approximately 1.19% of the total population of Basey, which stood at 56,685 in the same census year.
