This made it the 14th largest of 51 barangays in Basey by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Roxas accounted for approximately 2.54% of the total population of Basey, which stood at 56,685 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Roxas changed from 1,443 to 1,439, a shift of -0.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with broadly stable populations in Basey.
