Situated in Bauan, Batangas, Barangay San Pablo is one of 40 barangays that make up the municipality within CALABARZON.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Pablo had a population of 853. This made it the 30th largest of 40 barangays in Bauan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Pablo accounted for approximately 0.94% of the total population of Bauan, which stood at 90,819 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 838 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 853 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +1.8%, consistent with a slowly expanding settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Pablo as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
