Barangay Balogo

Barangay Balogo is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Binmaley, located in the province of Pangasinan, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Balogo had a population of 2,260. This made it the 23rd largest of 33 barangays in Binmaley by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Balogo accounted for approximately 2.60% of the total population of Binmaley, which stood at 86,881 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Balogo moving from 2,188 residents to 2,260 residents, an intercensal change of +3.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Balogo is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
