Barangay Poblacion 3 is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Buenavista, located in the province of Agusan Del Norte, in the Caraga region of the Philippines.

This made it the 8th largest of 25 barangays in Buenavista by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality.
