Barangay Cabungalunan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Cabungalunan is one of the administrative divisions of Burdeos in Quezon, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Cabungalunan had a population of 1,156. This made it the 10th largest of 13 barangays in Burdeos by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Cabungalunan accounted for approximately 4.69% of the total population of Burdeos, which stood at 24,644 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Cabungalunan changed from 1,396 to 1,156, a shift of -17.2% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Burdeos. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Cabungalunan as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
