Barangay Sabangan Pinggan is a very small barangay in the municipality of Burgos, located in the province of Ilocos Sur, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Sabangan Pinggan had a population of 346. This made it the 20th largest of 26 barangays in Burgos by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality.
