Situated in Cabangan, Zambales, Barangay Felmida-Diaz is one of 22 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Felmida-Diaz had a population of 612. This made it the 20th largest of 22 barangays in Cabangan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Felmida-Diaz accounted for approximately 2.18% of the total population of Cabangan, which stood at 28,118 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 499 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 612 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +22.6%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Felmida-Diaz as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
