Barangay Del Pilar

Barangay Del Pilar forms part of Cabarroguis, a municipality in Quirino, and is classified as a small barangay.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Del Pilar had a population of 676. This made it the 15th largest of 17 barangays in Cabarroguis by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Del Pilar accounted for approximately 2.02% of the total population of Cabarroguis, which stood at 33,533 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Del Pilar changed from 561 to 676, a shift of +20.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Cabarroguis. Barangay Del Pilar is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Cabarroguis is a municipality comprising 17 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Del Pilar, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Quirino, which contains 132 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Del Pilar ranks 115th by 2020 population. The next Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) are scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, with officials serving four-year terms under Republic Act No. 12232.
