Barangay Tupol Este

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Tupol Este is one of the administrative divisions of Cabatuan in Iloilo, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tupol Este had a population of 447. This made it the 58th largest of 68 barangays in Cabatuan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tupol Este accounted for approximately 0.73% of the total population of Cabatuan, which stood at 61,110 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Tupol Este changed from 477 to 447, a shift of -6.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Cabatuan. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Tupol Este as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
