Barangay Victory (Pob.)

Situated in Caibiran, Biliran, Barangay Victory (Pob.) is one of 17 barangays that make up the municipality within Eastern Visayas.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Victory (Pob.) had a population of 3,729. This made it the 1st largest of 17 barangays in Caibiran by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Victory (Pob.) accounted for approximately 15.43% of the total population of Caibiran, which stood at 24,167 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Victory (Pob.) moving from 4,102 residents to 3,729 residents, an intercensal change of -9.1%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Victory (Pob.) as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
