Barangay Alibagon

Barangay Alibagon is a small barangay in the municipality of Cajidiocan, located in the province of Romblon, in the MIMAROPA Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Alibagon had a population of 712. This made it the 14th largest of 14 barangays in Cajidiocan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Alibagon accounted for approximately 3.06% of the total population of Cajidiocan, which stood at 23,259 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Alibagon moving from 605 residents to 712 residents, an intercensal change of +17.7%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Alibagon as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
