Barangay Villa San Isidro

Barangay Villa San Isidro is a small barangay in the municipality of Calauag, located in the province of Quezon, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Villa San Isidro had a population of 1,111. This made it the 18th largest of 81 barangays in Calauag by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Villa San Isidro accounted for approximately 1.55% of the total population of Calauag, which stood at 71,809 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,217 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,111 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -8.7%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Villa San Isidro as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Calauag is a municipality comprising 81 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Villa San Isidro, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
