Barangay Dammang Norte

Situated in Camalaniugan, Cagayan, Barangay Dammang Norte is one of 28 barangays that make up the municipality within Cagayan Valley.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Dammang Norte had a population of 760. This made it the 17th largest of 28 barangays in Camalaniugan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Dammang Norte accounted for approximately 3.01% of the total population of Camalaniugan, which stood at 25,236 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 715 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 760 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +6.3%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Dammang Norte is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
