Barangay Florida

Barangay Florida is a small barangay in the municipality of Camiling, located in the province of Tarlac, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Florida had a population of 1,040. This made it the 45th largest of 61 barangays in Camiling by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Florida accounted for approximately 1.19% of the total population of Camiling, which stood at 87,319 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Florida moving from 958 residents to 1,040 residents, an intercensal change of +8.6%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Florida as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
