Barangay Malacampa

Barangay Malacampa is a large barangay in the municipality of Camiling, located in the province of Tarlac, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Malacampa had a population of 5,902. This made it the 1st largest of 61 barangays in Camiling by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Malacampa accounted for approximately 6.76% of the total population of Camiling, which stood at 87,319 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Malacampa moving from 5,467 residents to 5,902 residents, an intercensal change of +8.0%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Malacampa as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
