Barangay Papaac

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Papaac is one of the administrative divisions of Camiling in Tarlac, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Papaac had a population of 1,025. This made it the 46th largest of 61 barangays in Camiling by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Papaac accounted for approximately 1.17% of the total population of Camiling, which stood at 87,319 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,001 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,025 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +2.4%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Papaac as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Camiling is a municipality comprising 61 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Papaac, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
