Barangay Vizal Santo Cristo

Barangay Vizal Santo Cristo is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Candaba, located in the province of Pampanga, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Vizal Santo Cristo had a population of 2,461. This made it the 24th largest of 33 barangays in Candaba by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Vizal Santo Cristo accounted for approximately 2.06% of the total population of Candaba, which stood at 119,497 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Vizal Santo Cristo changed from 2,309 to 2,461, a shift of +6.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Candaba. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Vizal Santo Cristo as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
