Barangay Vinapor

Barangay Vinapor is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Carmen, located in the province of Agusan Del Norte, in the Caraga region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Vinapor had a population of 2,676. This made it the 4th largest of 8 barangays in Carmen by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Vinapor accounted for approximately 11.55% of the total population of Carmen, which stood at 23,172 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,107 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,676 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +27.0%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Vinapor is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
