Barangay Matandang Sabang Kanluran is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Catanauan, located in the province of Quezon, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

This made it the 9th largest of 46 barangays in Catanauan by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality.
