Barangay Jose Abad Santos (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Catarman, located in the province of Northern Samar, in the Eastern Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Jose Abad Santos (Pob.) had a population of 2,241. This made it the 16th largest of 55 barangays in Catarman by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Jose Abad Santos (Pob.) accounted for approximately 2.29% of the total population of Catarman, which stood at 97,879 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Jose Abad Santos (Pob.) changed from 2,221 to 2,241, a shift of +0.9% over the five-year period.
