Barangay Narra (Pob.)

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Narra (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Catarman in Northern Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Narra (Pob.) had a population of 3,149. This made it the 7th largest of 55 barangays in Catarman by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Narra (Pob.) accounted for approximately 3.22% of the total population of Catarman, which stood at 97,879 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 3,190 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 3,149 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -1.3%, consistent with a broadly stable settlement. Barangay Narra (Pob.) is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Catarman is a municipality comprising 55 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Narra (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
