Barangay San Roque (Pob.)

Barangay San Roque (Pob.) is a mega-barangay in the city of City of Antipolo, located in the province of Rizal, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Roque (Pob.) had a population of 70,120. This made it the 4th largest of 16 barangays in City of Antipolo by population, placing it in the upper half of the city. Residents of Barangay San Roque (Pob.) accounted for approximately 7.90% of the total population of City of Antipolo, which stood at 887,399 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 58,840 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 70,120 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +19.2%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Roque (Pob.) as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Antipolo is a city comprising 16 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Roque (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
