Barangay Camguidan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Camguidan is one of the administrative divisions of City of Batac in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Camguidan had a population of 522. This made it the 39th largest of 43 barangays in City of Batac by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Camguidan accounted for approximately 0.94% of the total population of City of Batac, which stood at 55,484 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 535 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 522 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -2.4%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay Camguidan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Batac is a city comprising 43 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Camguidan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Ilocos Norte, which contains 559 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Camguidan ranks 484th by 2020 population.
