Barangay Santo Niño

Barangay Santo Niño is a small barangay in the City of Bogo, located in the province of Cebu, in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Santo Niño had a population of 894. This made it the 25th largest of 29 barangays in City of Bogo by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Santo Niño accounted for approximately 1.01% of the total population of City of Bogo, which stood at 88,867 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,131 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 894 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -21.0%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay Santo Niño is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Bogo is a city comprising 29 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Santo Niño, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
