Barangay Talipapa

Barangay Talipapa forms part of City of Cabanatuan, a city in Nueva Ecija, and is classified as a mid-sized barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Talipapa had a population of 2,498. This made it the 51st largest of 89 barangays in City of Cabanatuan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Talipapa accounted for approximately 0.76% of the total population of City of Cabanatuan, which stood at 327,325 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,726 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,498 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +44.7%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Talipapa as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Cabanatuan is a city comprising 89 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Talipapa, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
