Barangay San Andres

Barangay San Andres is a small barangay in the City of Candon, located in the province of Ilocos Sur, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Andres had a population of 662. This made it the 36th largest of 42 barangays in City of Candon by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay San Andres accounted for approximately 1.08% of the total population of City of Candon, which stood at 61,432 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Andres changed from 773 to 662, a shift of -14.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in City of Candon.
