Barangay District III (Pob.)

Barangay District III (Pob.) is a large barangay in the City of Cauayan, located in the province of Isabela, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay District III (Pob.) had a population of 6,263. This made it the 4th largest of 65 barangays in City of Cauayan by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay District III (Pob.) accounted for approximately 4.37% of the total population of City of Cauayan, which stood at 143,403 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay District III (Pob.) changed from 5,465 to 6,263, a shift of +14.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Cauayan. Barangay District III (Pob.) is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
