Barangay Naganacan

Barangay Naganacan is a small barangay in the City of Cauayan, located in the province of Isabela, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Naganacan had a population of 1,635. This made it the 31st largest of 65 barangays in City of Cauayan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city.
