Barangay 36-A

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay 36-A is one of the administrative divisions of City of Cavite in Cavite, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay 36-A had a population of 1,055. This made it the 42nd largest of 84 barangays in City of Cavite by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay 36-A accounted for approximately 1.05% of the total population of City of Cavite, which stood at 100,674 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 922 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,055 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +14.4%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay 36-A is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
