Barangay 46

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay 46 is one of the administrative divisions of City of Cavite in Cavite, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay 46 had a population of 815. This made it the 52nd largest of 84 barangays in City of Cavite by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay 46 accounted for approximately 0.81% of the total population of City of Cavite, which stood at 100,674 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,067 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 815 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -23.6%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay 46 is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Cavite is a city comprising 84 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay 46, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
