Barangay 11 (Pob.)

Barangay 11 (Pob.) is a very small barangay in the City of Gingoog, located in the province of Misamis Oriental, in the Northern Mindanao region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay 11 (Pob.) had a population of 254. This made it the 71st largest of 79 barangays in City of Gingoog by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay 11 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 0.19% of the total population of City of Gingoog, which stood at 136,698 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 298 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 254 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -14.8%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay 11 (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Gingoog is a city comprising 79 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay 11 (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Misamis Oriental, which contains 504 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay 11 (Pob.) ranks 412th by 2020 population.
