Barangay Mambog

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Mambog is one of the administrative divisions of City of Malolos in Bulacan, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Mambog had a population of 2,836. This made it the 35th largest of 51 barangays in City of Malolos by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Mambog accounted for approximately 1.09% of the total population of City of Malolos, which stood at 261,189 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Mambog changed from 2,673 to 2,836, a shift of +6.1% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Malolos. Barangay Mambog is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Malolos is a city comprising 51 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Mambog, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Bulacan, which contains 569 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Mambog ranks 398th by 2020 population.
