Barangay Lutac

Barangay Lutac is a large barangay in the City of Naga, located in the province of Cebu, in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Lutac had a population of 5,498. This made it the 10th largest of 28 barangays in City of Naga by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Lutac accounted for approximately 4.13% of the total population of City of Naga, which stood at 133,184 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Lutac changed from 4,603 to 5,498, a shift of +19.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Naga. Barangay Lutac is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Naga is a city comprising 28 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Lutac, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
