Barangay Pantaon

Barangay Pantaon is a small barangay in the City of Ozamiz, located in the province of Misamis Occidental, in the Northern Mindanao region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Pantaon had a population of 974. This made it the 34th largest of 51 barangays in City of Ozamiz by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Pantaon accounted for approximately 0.69% of the total population of City of Ozamiz, which stood at 140,334 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Pantaon moving from 1,083 residents to 974 residents, an intercensal change of -10.1%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
