Barangay Tiza

Barangay Tiza is a large barangay in the City of Roxas, located in the province of Capiz, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Tiza had a population of 8,919. This made it the 4th largest of 47 barangays in City of Roxas by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Tiza accounted for approximately 4.97% of the total population of City of Roxas, which stood at 179,292 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Tiza changed from 8,173 to 8,919, a shift of +9.1% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Roxas. Barangay Tiza is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
