Barangay Pao Sur

Barangay Pao Sur is a very small barangay in the City of San Fernando, located in the province of La Union, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Pao Sur had a population of 470. This made it the 55th largest of 59 barangays in City of San Fernando by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Pao Sur accounted for approximately 0.37% of the total population of City of San Fernando, which stood at 125,640 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Pao Sur moving from 399 residents to 470 residents, an intercensal change of +17.8%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
