Barangay Mag-Asawang Ilat

Barangay Mag-Asawang Ilat is a small barangay in the city of City of Tagaytay, located in the province of Cavite, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Mag-Asawang Ilat had a population of 1,605. This made it the 19th largest of 34 barangays in City of Tagaytay by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Mag-Asawang Ilat accounted for approximately 1.88% of the total population of City of Tagaytay, which stood at 85,330 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Mag-Asawang Ilat moving from 1,372 residents to 1,605 residents, an intercensal change of +17.0%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Mag-Asawang Ilat as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
