Barangay Neogan

Barangay Neogan is a mid-sized barangay in the City of Tagaytay, located in the province of Cavite, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Neogan had a population of 3,364. This made it the 10th largest of 34 barangays in City of Tagaytay by population, placing it in the upper half of the city. Residents of Barangay Neogan accounted for approximately 3.94% of the total population of City of Tagaytay, which stood at 85,330 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Neogan moving from 3,070 residents to 3,364 residents, an intercensal change of +9.6%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Neogan is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Tagaytay is a city comprising 34 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Neogan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
