Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.)

Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.) is a small barangay in the city of City of Talisay, located in the province of Negros Occidental, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.) had a population of 1,580. This made it the 18th largest of 27 barangays in City of Talisay by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 1.45% of the total population of City of Talisay, which stood at 108,909 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.) changed from 1,726 to 1,580, a shift of -8.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in City of Talisay. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.) as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
