Barangay XIV

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay XIV is one of the administrative divisions of City of Victorias in Negros Occidental, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay XIV had a population of 4,573. This made it the 10th largest of 26 barangays in City of Victorias by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay XIV accounted for approximately 5.08% of the total population of City of Victorias, which stood at 90,101 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay XIV changed from 4,245 to 4,573, a shift of +7.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Victorias. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay XIV as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Victorias is a city comprising 26 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay XIV, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Negros Occidental, which contains 662 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay XIV ranks 206th by 2020 population.
