Barangay Imelda

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Imelda is one of the administrative divisions of Claveria in Masbate, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Imelda had a population of 1,878. This made it the 9th largest of 22 barangays in Claveria by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Imelda accounted for approximately 4.46% of the total population of Claveria, which stood at 42,142 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Imelda moving from 1,709 residents to 1,878 residents, an intercensal change of +9.9%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
